The novel "ዘላን, Zelan" was published in the collection of short stories "ጭጋግና ጠል" published by Mega publishing company in 1990. Since these two were published together with the works of other authors, they are not considered the as the just authors’ work.
"Mahlet" published by Kuraz Publishing House in 1981 is the author's first collection of short stories. "ግራጫ ቃጭሎች, Grey Bits" published by Shama Books in 1997 is a long novel that can be seen as a classic work and shows the author's special skills.
Adam presented two unique works in 2001: "አለንጋና ምስር, Alengana Misr" which is a collection of short stories and "እቴሜቴ ሎሚ ሽታ, Etemete Lomi Shta" which includes novels (novellas) connected to each other with a thin story thread. This style of writing is called integrity and the author has used it extensively in his other books.
